Аннотация:
В статье рассматриваются вопросы защиты прав несовершеннолетних детей судом и органами опеки и попечительства. Авторами проводится анализ действующего законодательства, даются предложения по его совершенствованию. Определяется надлежащий представитель несовершеннолетнего.
